About Us: American PHC, Inc. provides scheduled maintenance, install, replacement, and repair as well as 24 Hour Emergency Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing services for new and existing customers in the Central Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Our primary service area includes Harrisonburg and Rockingham County, but we often visit our neighbors in the cities of Staunton and Waynesboro, and the counties of Augusta and Page. Our Pricing: We offer professional and friendly service to our customers at an attractive dispatch and diagnostic fee of $49 for scheduled weekday hours. Our experienced technicians will locate or diagnose your mechanical issues, and then provide you with a mechanical evaluation along with value priced options before the work begins. Flat Rate vs. Hourly: Ever wonder if you're paying more than the next guy? Companies that use hourly rates can vary depending on how far away you are from the customer before you, or how proficient your technician is at finding and diagnosing the problem. Our rates are preset. You don't have to watch the clock any longer. With our upfront pricing, you can relax. We've taken the guesswork of cost out of the equation for you. Savings: Our priority service program customers save even more on our already value priced rates. Dispatch fees are waived, and priority customers choose from a menu of even further discounted pricing options. Payments: American PHC, Inc. accepts all common payment methods when the work is completed. We can process all major credit and check/debit cards including American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard as well as checks and cash payment.
