Trost Custom Homes (TCH) is a custom design/build contractor serving the Shenandoah Valley. We work with our customers to design and build homes, additions or remodels. We are committed to quality first - of workmanship, materials, service provided, and relationships formed. Quality of Workmanship: We desire to build to last. We specialize in ICF (insulated concrete form) construction which means the homes we build are stronger and more energy efficient, and cost less to live in. We do most of the work in house so that we have more control over outcomes and cost. Quality of Materials: We use local venders and subcontractors that we know and trust, who stand behind their products and services. Quality of Service Provided: We don't just see ourselves as your "contractor;" we see ourselves as your representative and advocate, working to see your wishes fulfilled. Quality of Relationships: We understand that we are only as good as our clients' recommendations. We want our customers to be our best advertisers as we understand that reputation is everything in our business. We strive for more than "satisfied" customers. We want customers that are so happy with us and our company that they recommend us to everyone! We operate with a structure that is simple and transparent, in order to build our reputation on solid footing. We build customer relationships that are completely honest and open, without gimmicks; this require trust between both parties, and we strive for that. We think trust is key to having a good experience when building a home. Let us be your representative on the job site.
