Bath Express send Richard to do our tub to shower conversion. Not only was he a nice young man but what a worker! When he was done our shower surround exceeded my expectations. It is beautiful! Also, the customer service was awesome. The sales rep. and the job supervisor kept checking to make sure everything was going good and that we were happy. Would recommend to anyone.

In about May 2020 Express Bath installed a new shower/tub for us. They sent one man to do a two or three man job. The guy worked hard. However, the tub was apparently too large and he had knocked a wall out of square, broke tile on floor which remains, and he glued a five inch board up against the tub (without permission) which makes the tub look very cheap and tacky. He said he couldn't remove the board because it was glued. Contacted office and they said would correct and get back to me. That never happened. Individual said he never installed a tub before and said he worked only with showers.
