Whole experience a nightmare! Chuck is very dishonest! He didn't complete anything on time! We actually fired him and are trying to get our deposit back through the court system.

I must admit between home advisor and Angie list this contractor went above and beyond. We had an issue with our heat and our boiler needed to be changed. Chuck came out and realized the boiler was unsafe to run. Little to my surprise he went to home depot and bought 6 electric heaters for us until the boiler came in. Him and his crew replaced the boiler in one day. I have to say that he's not only our contractor but now a family member. I must say the work was outstanding and they hired a cleaning crew to come in after the job was done to make sure that the end result was better than when they started. Would I hire them again? I would never hire anyone else. They are far the best.

Sudden Comfort is one of the most dishonest businesses that I have ever dealt with. In mid October 2015, I called them out and they were to do a one for one replacement on our fuel oil boiler. Chuck Muller from Sudden Comfort does not answer phone calls, charged my credit card without permission, does not return messages, left a mess in our basement, and just purely lies to his customers about nearly everything. We had to suffer with 59 degree heat in our house during a sub-zero cold snap. Is it really necessary for it to take four months to get a new boiler installed and running properly? Sudden Comfort never fixed the problem. Today, Feb 19, 2016, I called another company and their professional technician had the boiler running properly in under 2 hrs. Sudden Comfort should not be in business.
