My name is Timber Turner and I’m the owner/inspector of Gem State Home Inspections. I’ve been a resident of CDA for over 30 years. I started Gem State Home Inspection in 2013, and inspected houses and commercial buildings around Coeur d Alene, Post falls, Hayden and surrounding areas. From 500 sq.ft. cabins on Hayden Lake to 7,000 sq.ft. mansions on lake Coeur d’Alene to manufactured houses and everything in between.
