Duct Masters

Scam! This company is nothing but a scam. My fiancé was actually a receptionist for this company. Duct Masters in Hebron, Ky was previously Dr. Duct in Lexington, Ky. They get you in the door using a $50-60 coupon for air duct cleaning and use lies to upsell. They tell you that you have mold growing and need UV light system installed and your ducts need sanitized or whatever they want to tell you so they can charge you thousands of dollars to clean your ducts! They are paid off commission so the more they upsell the bigger paychecks they get. Make sure you ask for pictures of your ducts before and when they are done ask for pictures of the same duct afterwards! Make sure you stick with the coupon price and tell them maybe next time on everything other than what you called them for!
