The business owner of this business came to my house to repair my dishwasher as requested through Assurian warranty claim from a purchase at Home Depot. he was supposed to come on Tuesday didn’t come till Friday. At 10 AM on Friday I was told that he would be at our home this morning. At 3 o’clock he still was not at our home I called and was told he would be here shortly. I never received a 30 minute notice required then he just showed up came inside talk to my wife for five minutes didn’t test anything. The heating element is not getting hot but he didn’t check it for continuity he didn’t check the switch to validate that it was sending electricity to the element or anything. He left our house and said he be back in two weeks with parts because he was guessing what was wrong with it. I called and complained on the business voicemail,He called me back about 10 minutes later asking what my problem was when I told him he cussed me out told me to suck is you know what and then proceeded to say I know where you live and I’m gonna come beat your ass. He then charged Assurian for the repair and close the account as repaired. A Schurian has said they have had numerous complaints and that they would send somebody more reputable
