My fiancé called them, explained in detailed what needed to be done, etc, deep clean: living room, kitchen, 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, window blinds.... now the first thing that I didn’t like, was that they parked in my driveway like they live here. 2nd one of the employees wasn’t wearing a face mask. 3rd when explained and pointed out what needed to be done; they said no problem, quote over the phone was $400. “Cleaned” the 2nd floor first, 2/3 rooms, 2/3 bathrooms at a total time of 2 hours so far, and then they took a 1 hour lunch? Then they completely missed vacuuming the stairs, complained that the stove was “really dirty” (even though it was told over the phone and when they arrived in person of the “deep cleaning”). And said they would “normally” charger an additional $150 to “deep clean”? Even though the price was set over the phone, and was showed in person everything; and once it got time to do the job, they added a but. Also, a window screen was pushed out, never placed back, they brought drinks from their 1 hour lunch and left it behind (even though their purpose was to clean, they left trash) and still forgot to clean the blinds, and some stains still in the kitchen. And the baseboards as talked about. Overly priced, without the results.
