I paid Armando to fix leak on my sprinkler system, a long with removing some shrubs, weeds and regrading property... After he worked with sprinkler system, it no longer worked at all, water leak became much worse and he did not come back to fix it, regardless of my many attempts to try to get him back... I fixed the leak, by replacing connector myself, but could not fix the timer. It was watering my flowers every day prior to his work. He would always say I’m coming today to fix and not show up... I also paid him to get rid of my weeds, however he missed a lot, they showed back up two weeks after spraying.... I am disabled and now have to go out twice a day to water my flowers, which is very difficult for me... I asked him to regrade my yard and he said I didn’t ask him to do that, so I had to pay him more for a sloppy job done regrading... He said, when I hired him he would come back and respray weeds, once a month, for 6 months, since they would probably regrow... I couldn’t even get him back to reset the timer of the sprinklers, I don’t expect him to keep his word on the weeds... I don’t recommend his service.
