He donated a gift certificate to a non-profit school for their silent auction. I won it for $250 It was for a decorating consult and one room painted. 8 months later and no room painted and no refund even though he has promised one numerous times. Each time he never follows through. I have ALL the messages between us that shows him reading my messages yet ignoring them until I contacted the school and a third party spoke to him and he told her he would get with me and get the room painted OR refund my money. I was okay still at that point with letting him paint. He contacted me and we set up an appointment. He was a no show and didn't get in touch with me to let me know he wasn't coming and didn't contact me after that until I again contacted the third party who again contacted him and then he sent me a message.. At this point my fiance said he did not want him coming into our home and doing the job after all that. I agreed. Mr. Walker and I then started discussing a refund which he said he would give me. That never happened though I have numerous messages from him stating he would refund my money. I would wait a week two weeks and message him again and this has continued up until now. He has also been very unprofessional and demanded I "sell" the gift certificate to someone else which I told him in good conscience I could not pawn this situation off on someone else so he then started accusing me of trying to get my money back since the day I bought it which is beyond untrue. Again, I have all messages going back to the start of this. He has been rude and threatening and as unprofessional as any business owner I have ever met. This whole situation is a shame for myself and for the school who is sitting back waiting and I'm sure hoping he finally does the right thing.
