Owner / Inspector, Dale Dadds has thirty years of residential building experience and is a Certified Member in good standing of InterNACHI (The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). InterNACHI provides training, certification and continuing education to its members. InterNACHI members also follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice and are bound by a strict Code of Ethics. I am also RESNET Certified (Residential Energy Services Network), I perform energy inspections and energy performance testing in accordance to the IECC Code. With the recent adoption of the Energy Code to the Building code, Delmarva Building Performance advises home builders and HVAC contractor's on new building techniques to achieve more energy efficient homes without compromising quality or structural integrity. Delmarva Building Performance provides all of the Energy Code testing and documentation needed to be compliant with the IECC Energy Code. HVAC duct leakage testing and blower door testing are mandatory for verifying air leaks in the building envelope.
