We requested a service call from Mountain Appliance for a Bosch washing machine. The technician provided us with professional, honest, skilled, and knowledgeable help and a very pleasant visit! We'll surely call them again with any other needs we have. Terrific experience!

I rarely write a negative review, but I feel obligated to let you know of the bait and switch with this company. I was quoted a $95 service call fee. When Jamie arrived, he diagnosed the problem and reconnected the loose wire of my beverage fridge in less than 15 minutes. Wonderful, right? No, he added another $60 repair fee to the $95 'trip charge'. He said the $95 was just for the home visit and diagnosis fee. So beware, of being quoted one price and then gouged once the repair is completed. I thought this practice had stopped in the 1950's, but no, Mountain Appliance Service is really good at it. Instead of being thrilled the my appliance is working, I'm seething at having been ripped off. Shameful, Jamie. Absolutely shameful.

Mountain Appliance has been absolutely fantastic in helping us with replacement of a down draft vent. This was a very complicated case and they were amazing in handling the entire ordeal. We would recommend them to anyone who needs to service their appliances. Jamie and Cody were very knowledgeable and professional.
