I have 30+ years of experience building and repairing homes. I am experienced in doing all kinds of work, from finished carpentry to laying tile to framing. As a woman I listen to what the customer wants. I am careful to do each job thoroughly, correctly and according to code. After meeting a customer I make a written proposal that lists the things the customer wants done. I check 3 different suppliers to make sure I give the best price for the job. I then present the customer with a written proposal. When the proposal is accepted I schedule the work. After I start a job I leave the job site as clean as I found it or cleaner. I continue to work on the same job until it is completed. I make sure the homeowner has basic safety and comfort needs covered before leaving the job if services are disrupted by the job and the job takes more than one day.
