I brought my laptop in to have it diagnosed and was quoted a fee of $35 for diagnostics. The individual helping me was not very personable and did not seem to care much for learning about the issue, but I did not mind. Upon picking it up, I was told that the price was going to be $45+ because "more work had to be done than expected" to diagnose the issue. However, the fee was given to me as a flat rate and not subject to change given the process. The entirety of the experience and poor business principles left a sour taste in my mouth and I would not recommend, nor reach out for their services again.
