So thankful that Josh Warren of Warren Restotation recommended Burlett Painting to paint the exterior of our mountain home. We were so impressed with their professionalism, dependability, promptness and most important - the quality of work. The job was difficult and challenging due to the slope and steepness of our property, however, the entire crew came prepared to perform and complete an outstanding job which included proper prep, caulk, prime, final paint coat and staining of four decks. The price was very fair in comparison to other quotes. If you are looking for a top notch painting company at a fair price, this is the company that you want to hire with confidence.

My wife Susan and I had decided that we would seek professional assistance in re-painting the interior of our home. Our thorough research led us to Burlett. We were impressed and thrilled with the outcome of the work. All members of the staff were courteous, respectful and thorough in their work efforts. We were very pleased with the manner in which the crew prepared the house for painting. We were somewhat concerned initially as we had just previously put in new carpet and purchased new furniture. The last thing we would have wanted would have been sloppy work. We found that to be unnecessary worry. The work was flawless! Susan and I had high optimism heading into this work and are very pleased to report the quality of outcome surpassed those expectations.

Their written estimate for two average sized ceilings was over three THOUSAND dollars (and this was if we waited until winter and got a 20% discount). A competitor's estimate was much less than half that. Having been in the trades for more than 50 years I've seen these business models before. When they presently have work they give wild prices hoping for a bite, usually from people with more money than experience or common sense. If you had sense enough to find this review, you have sense enough to pass on Dave Burlett Painting. There are many realistic options out there.
