Sams Painting

I wish to update my review below! So upsetting to find out the true character of Todd Sams. He took money for a project and did not do the work. He gave me a million excuses and then no communication whatsoever. I have since found out that I am not the only person he has done this to. See another review here and check the Better Business Bureau site. Beware!

Todd Sams painted the inside of my home including the trim in Portland,TN. The trim was never finished the the color did not match. I contacted Todd at least 5 times and made an appointment for him to come and look at the trim the first 4 times he cancelled on me through a text saying his guys were sick and he had to work. The last time was on was on June 15th we made an appointment for the following Monday at 1-2 pm he never called or texted and I have never heard back from him. I am self employed and understand the importance of communicating with my customers. I am very disappointed with his lack of follow through and professionalism and would never use him for any further projects. Lynn Goring

Todd Sams is a con man. My mother is a retired teacher that paid Mr. Sams upfront to complete a job for her because he had previously completed work for her (and for me). He did not follow through or even start the job. We trusted him and she lost over a thousand dollars. She?s made multiple attempts to reach him to get her money back and even agreed to let him keep the money if he would just work on another project for her. I am about to contact an attorney for her, but don?t want anyone else to get scammed. I would obviously give zero stars if that was a choice.
