Access Roofing

I have never left any type of review nor do I fill out questionnaires even when they would have saved me money. I have rental property that had storm damage back in October 2014 when we had some storms come through the area. I contacted them late afternoon on the date of the storm and they were there to put a tarp over the house that night at 8 pm in the rain. When I had to meet with the insurance company, the owner actually came out there to Hermitage to discuss everything with me and gave me a great deal. They generally only do roofs but I also had damage within the home. They took care of everything and brought flooring people out there as well. The owner gave me his email and phone number and has been there to explained every step of the process. They also had to deal with my tenants who have been absolutely horrible. They refused to answer the door to them and complained when they were too early for their taste or too late. The tenants even caused more damage to the house and they fixed all of the items the tenants destroyed without charging extra.The owner has been out there several times and has bent over backwards to help with the damage I had on the house. They even offered to put my renters up for two days while they were working. (They declined, they would rather complain about everything). I have never met them prior to working on my house but I would use them in my personal home and recommend them to anyone who had issues with their house. They stayed in constant contact regarding the house and had to deal with rude tenants and incompetent insurance adjusters. They have really gone out of their way. The owner even upgraded by roof to a 30 year roof when the insurance company only paid for a 20 yr roof free of charge.
