Built stone edger borders on front and side of house around an area that was graded with topsoil and covered with garden fabric. A bed of white sand was placed to hold the stones in place. Stones were spread inside the border and graded away from the house to encourage water to move away from the home

Removed imbedded rocks and gravel to level the area of the patio. Then we spread crusher run and sand and began laying the bricks. When all the bricks were in place with decorative rock borders we added polymeric sand to help bind the bricks and give added stability.

Layed hardy board on the kitchen floor completely covering the area while making cutouts around vents. Used dry mix thin set mortar and 1/16th spacers to adhere the tile in the correct positions after doing layout on the floor and making all the cuts . Before the grout was applied the floor was thoroughly cleaned and each tile was sealed. The whole floor was sealed after grout was installed. When the floor was finished the customer asked me to instal a backsplash which was a total of 38 square feet. The same methods were used with the addition of chalk lines that were placed to insure straight lines.

Removed existing walkway and replaced with natural walkway made of slates and topsoil. Each slate was placed on an individual crusher run and sand bed with a retainer in place to assure it will remain level without sinking. Stepables were planted in 1 foot increments throughout. Also 2 ft by 1 ft square slate patio 12 ft by 10 ft with brick border was installed

Removed and replaced subfloor and reinstalled existing shower. Placed hardy board and tile on 2 walls and the floor. Installed vanity with colored marble bowl and replaced toilet and shower head/faucet in the bathtub. Also hung new mirror and towel racks as well as installed new plugs and sockets
