We had our Residential Roof Replacement with GAF Timberline Natural Shadow Dimensional HDZ 50 year shingles on 6-24-20. Both Rod and Jim whom we dealt with were very helpful, prompt and dependable with every aspect. Price was fair, delivery of the materials was timely and the workers worked tirelessly. Workmanship is first class. We are totally satified and highly recommend them this company to others. They also installed a flat roof for us in 2017; that too was perfectly done, and still looks nice.

| Brand new GAF Timberline HD Pewter Gray Roof | Apr 2019 | Roofing Innovations put on a brand new for Tom L. and his wife. We tore off the existing 3-tab shingle roof and put on Timberline HD Dimensional shingles. We stripped the roof down to the wood and replaced a few 1x6 boards that were bad. We installed GAF Feltbuster underlayment to keep the wood substrate dry. We installed Ice and Water Shield on all the roofs eaves, as well as around both chimneys and all pipe boots and vents. We re-flashed and sealed up the chimneys as well (Great work by Adam) We installed Cobra Ridge vent to keep the attic cool in the summer. | Richmond, VA |
