Awful- I paid this “business” to put Christmas lights on my house and then take them down after the holiday season., The initial installation was a debacle, but I gave the guy the benefit of the doubt. He had to come out twice to successfully complete the job, and it took him a week between the two times he came out because he kept canceling/ rescheduling. But he finally finished getting the lights up and I was happy with the results. NOW, it is July and he has never come out to take the lights off my house. I have messaged him time and time again, with no response. So now I guess I have Independence Day lights.
