Created pop-outs around exterior windows. Exterior remodel consists of roof repair, exterior stucco, door, paint and flagstone patio with lattice cover.

This 1908 building was restored into a residence, total square footage, 2800. All doors and windows were trimmed to replicate turn of the century casings. I excavated dirt to allow for a upstairs loft, replaced skylight shafts and designed custom domes. There was tile installation in the bathrooms, on kitchen counter-tops, and ledges, with engineered wood flooring. All kitchen cabinets are cherry-wood and birch and custom made. All windows were replaced and raised panel doors were installed. I had to constantly make corrections to the supplied blueprints from the architect as the job progressed. I was constantly creating solutions, for example, I had to prevent rain water from entering the building from the hillside.
