CleanCut Landscape and Maintenance owner Mark Sasselli has been in the Landscape business for nearly 10 years operating with a family owned company in Fresno, CA. After moving to Utah Mark decided to take his Landscape knowledge and give it to the Utah community by creating CleanCut Landscape. Aside from a remarkable landscape design, we also provide landscape maintenance, water features, pond, aeration, fertilization, and practically everything you need in the area of landscaping. We work with our clients to create beautiful environments on time and within a budget. Whether you're interested in a full-scale design/build landscaping project, getting your yard in shape for a special event, or just want to hand off the hassles of keeping your landscape beautiful through the temperamental seasons.

  | Residential Landscape Renovation | Feb 2014 | This project is a full residential landscape renovation. We began with removing weeds from the property. We then roto-tilled the lawn, installed a higher quality sprinkler system, re installed new top soil and laid new Kentucky Bluegrass sod. We will be finishing the project in month or so when the weather is appropriate enough to install plants. | Fertilize Residential Lawn - Half Acre | Oct 2013 | This project was simply fertilizing the homeowners lawn before winter hit. Once the weather begins to warm, their lawn will have all the nutrients it needs to grow back healthy. This service can also be added to aeration service.
