PCS is dedicated to reaching a new industry standard in the electrical market place. PCS failed to call in a timely manner once they received the work order, I had to call them the next day. Strike one. They scheduled a date and time (b/t 1-5:00) to diagnose our household electrical problem in Ches, Va. The technician called me the morning of the sched visit and asked me if I was at the house. I told him no, he was sched b/t 1:00 & 5:00 pm that day, I had arranged for someone to be at the house at 12:30. He answered he was going to be in VB that afternoon, I told him I could have someone there in 30 minutes. He said no thanks and left. At lunchtime I called PCS about this issue and the receptionist told me I was sched b/t 8:00 & noon, which was a lie. I told her no way, as I had arranged someone to open the house two days before. She proceeded to tell me that the tech was in VB and he wouldn't be back that afternoon, despite our prearranged date and time. I was upset and told her what happened, and that they had messed up the schedule, that I would wait for the tech to arrive that afternoon. Someone from PCS then called the warranty company and told them that due to our conversation they wouldn't be coming. Talking about covering your a** when you screwup ! Thats how they cut their workload, DON'T SCHEDULE ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY !!!

too many details to write however, my main issues are the fact that i got a call the tech would be at my house within 30 to 45 min then an hour and 40 min later the tech shows up 3 min until the closing of the appointment window. also when trying to diagnose the problem the tech negated everything i thought it was when my problem solving is logical. i have a sensor and receiver on my lighting in the dining room he thought it was the fixture itself and nothing to do with changing the battery out. also while arguing what we each thought the real issue was he says "what would you like me to do, i have another appointment i need to be at" am i supposed to care you'll be late to your next appointment when you were late here? basically not satisfied.

Unfortunately I was assigned this company to come perform some ceiling fan work by HMS Home Warranty. The arrival time was supposed to be between 2-4 pm. At 3:16 I received a phone call from a woman who later identified herself as the owner that they could not come out that afternoon because they had to install an electrical panel at another job. I explained to her that I had missed 4 hours of work pay and that I was upset about having to miss more work time and pay on another day. On top of that I was expected to pay a $100 deductible. She offered no reasonable customer service recovery solution only stating that “emergencies happen”. Showed me how emergent I was to her company. She could have said that the person would have been out later that day which would have been reasonable. She then told me that she would send an electrician out today between 10-12. I told her that I was very upset and that I would be lodging a complaint with the Home Warranty Service who assigned her company. Well she must have forgot to call me back to tell me that she cancelled the 10-12 appointment time today that i have been waiting for. She did apparently notify the Home Warranty Service that they were unable to do the job. I guess she got even with me. But you know, if the company showed up and I wasn’t there would she have charged me for a visit?? She wouldn’t give me an answer to that question.

I have a home warranty and Professional Control Systems LLC was the company that was given my work order. From the young lady who called me to set up my appointment to Vincent who did the work. Very professional. When Vincent arrived, he apologized for being late and not calling. He was very professional and listened to my problem. He then explained what he was checking and what he had done. Even the description of work on my receipt was understandable. Great experience. Thank you.
