| Conningham | Oct 2013 | The paint on the fascia board and eaves were pealing. The fascia board had deep cracks and the corners of the fascia were buckled. After pressure washing the entire surface and scraping off any remaining loose paint by hand. I applied primer all of the bare wood. Then I re-nailed / screwed the loose corners and joints of the fascia board. I had to mount L - Brackets to the under side of a few of the fascia board corners to bring them flush with one an other. Then I applied caulking to fill the cracks and joints of the fascia board. Before applying any paint the concrete and shrubs were covered. Then two coats of top quality exterior paint was applied to assure a long lasting paint job and another satisfied customer. | $750 | Hesperia, CA |
