Excellent work. Reliable. Good price. Orlando and his worker sanded, primed, and painted our mountain cabin, porch deck, and railing, now our cabin looks great! Our cabin had peeling clear paint, and some dark stained areas. Orlando sanded the entire cabin. He had to prime everything for paint adhesion and primed a second time with a stain blocker in areas that he thought would bleed through the color coat (no extra charge). Our cabin sides are now smooth and a beautiful color. Orlando showed up when he said he would and worked hard. He used the best materials. Did a lot of preparation. I got prices from three painters and Orlando's price was a great value. I'm so glad that I chose MC Local Painter! Highly recommend!

This was my first house and so I was overly cautious when it came to hiring painters. Orlando and his time not only met my expectations but far surpassed them. He removed a railing rather than take the easy way of just painting around it. His work is perfect. He shows up on time and doesn't quit until you're pleased with his work. You can't beat his price either.
