Atlas door should pay me for the hassle - not only did they install the door backward but they then sent some guys from their office daily to 'shake me down' for payment since I refused to pay by cash or check and wanted it on my credit card after the 3 months it took to get the door put in correctly. I am a female business owner and having them send men that only spoke Spanish to stand there for an hour each day demanding payment was harassment. Then, 5 months later, it broke and fell since they did not install the safety feature correctly, fortunately, no one was hurt. They are now refusing to honor their one year warranty or come out unless I pay FIRST in cash. This is why I demanded it on my credit card so at least I should be able to get 1/2 back from AMEX for their dishonesty and terrible work. If there is a lower score I would give it for this corrupt and dishonorable company. Do not use.
