We have been extremely pleased with Brown Haven, and are so glad we chose them. Each person we've met so far has exceeded our expectations! We can't say enough good things about the employees we've met so far: Subrena Abernathy, Michelle Densmore, and Glenn Wagoner. Subrena, the first person we met, is knowledgeable, personable, and meticulous. She listened carefully to what we wanted, explained everything thoroughly, and with her great attention to detail, she made our house plan a reality. Michelle, the designer, is also wonderful. There is no describing how comforting it is to have someone to guide you through such a momentous task as choosing everything for the interior and exterior of your house. Michelle makes it a pleasant experience. She listens to what you want, and then helps you select just the right colors and materials. She's never pushy; she simply states her opinion when she's asked. The customer is treated as number one, and always has the final choice. Our site surveyor, Glenn, worked diligently to help us place our house and use our lot to its best possibility. His guidance and patience is appreciated. We haven't begun building yet, so our story isn't complete. So far, however, we've been very satisfied, and highly recommend BH to anyone who's seeking to build their dream home.
