Positioned right off of the kitchen for easy entertaining, we included the ambiance of a fireplace with custom build-ins and surround. Whether it's being used as a family room or a sunroom, it is space the family will utilize for years to come.

Designed & built this 14 x 20 room addition by removing 14 feet of exterior wall to expand the dining room area and creating a relaxing sunroom space. New Novation maintenance free decking was used with vinyl railings to replace an old wooden deck to minimize maintenance and increase the aesthetic appeal of this outdoor space. The new deck is larger allowing plenty of room for outdoor entertaining and easy access to the backyard.

Designed and built a 14 x 16 addition removing the existing patio door with 11 foot of exterior wall to allow room to expand the dining area to create a family room while maintaining the open floor plan to include access to the remainder of the home. Using the superior quality products of Novation decking, we installed metal railing to create an outdoor space all on one level for grilling and summertime entertaining.

Built a 14 x 20 Sunroom Addition. We removed an existing old deck that overlooked a beautiful pool and landscaped backyard. The deck was usable only in perfect weather and required maintenance. In looking at available options, the first thought was to design and build a 3-Season Sunroom. It would provide dry space, lots of light, ventilation, and be bug free. Throughout the survey and design process, the customer was pointing out that the existing kitchen/dinette area would be cramped when entertaining large gatherings. We decided the best solution would be to build a sunroom addition. This allowed us to remove the existing patio door, enlarge that opening, as well as remove the kitchen window. With the vaulted ceiling and the trapezoid windows, the natural light is now allowed to flow into the existing home.

This 14 x 27 room addition required us to remove 27 feet of an exterior wall recapturing the existing space of the family room/kitchen area. By using vaulted ceilings, it allowed us to add beautiful transom windows above the large casement windows transforming what was once a small and dark living space into a large room with plenty of warm, natural lighting. A room this beautiful would not be complete without a fireplace with custom build-ins for much needed storage. The Penticoff family also needed a more efficient kitchen space. Using shaker style cabinets to match the theme of the arts/crafts trim that was installed, we enabled them to add additional space while giving them the room needed to add an island, completing this beautiful and more functional kitchen.

This exciting project was a 14 x 28, 2-story addition. We removed 26 feet of exterior wall and opened the space using vaulted ceilings to accommodate the beautiful transom windows above the casements. The top cabinets were taken down and the wall opened up to create a more open transition between rooms but keeping the area separate by leaving the base cabinets in place. New granite tops were installed using the existing exterior wall as a raised counter area and added additional entertaining space with the addition of bar stools and is now the dining area. The lower level space is now used for a spa/workout room. One section was used for storage of items that were normally stored in garage. A new Novation deck with vinyl railing was added for outdoor entertaining and an under-deck drainage system was installed to create dry, usable space under the deck.
