About Cornerstone Custom
I have been an Inspector since 1991 inspecting many homes, buildings and construction projects. We have inspected homes in High Point, Thomasville, Trinity, Lexington, Winston Salem, Arcadia and Mount Holly, NC. We focus on the customer and will customize the inspection to meet the needs of anyone. If you need one area inspected extensively because you are uncomfortable just let us know and we will be sure you know everything about that area of the home. If you need help with maintenance of the home after you but it, give us a call. We can do a maintenance inspection and you will know where you need to spend your time in order to keep your home in shape. Like all good things your home inspection starts with a phone call. I contacted Greg when I had a client that was older and on a fixed budget and was looking for someone to help me a little on getting a home inspection. None of my other inspectors or any of the inspectors would help or even answer the phone. When I told my situation to Greg, he immediately jumped on board to help. He has been helping ever since. His cost for inspections is very reasonable, better than most I know. My clients can always reach him for questions and he is just a nice guy! I would recommend him to anyone, I know I do!

Before we sold our home in Winston Salem, NC we had Greg identified several things that would have caused problems when we found a buyer. We had those things fixed and there was no problems when the house later sold.

Mr. Stoubaugh with Cornerstone Custom came out to do a home inspection on my home in Thomasville before I put my home on the market. He we so thorough. This should done by anyone selling or buying. They definitely are worth the small price they charge.
