Mark did wood rot repair for us, and while he was responsive to emails and texts, we were not happy with the quality of work he did. He told us his repairs would look like the original house. However, this didn’t end up happening. He failed to use the correct wood on parts of the house, which means it doesn’t match. He added an additional board across sections of the house, and then didn’t in other places creating a patchwork appearance. He damaged landscaping around the house and didn’t notify us about what happened. He also repaired our window sills in a way that now has to be repaired again because there’s a lip that will collect water. Worst of all, when the screens wouldn’t go back into their slots, he cut the tops of the screens and taped them together to make it look like there wasn’t a problem. If you want shoddy work that takes too long, then hire Mark. If you want high quality work that is done in a reasonable amount of time at a fair price find someone else.
