When having complaints about the job that was done, Eric automatically told me he was going to put a lean on my home. Seriously, it was the first thing he responded with. After having a month delay, no communication at all, and me having to call over 5 times to get any information (they’re final excuse was due to short staff) they finally showed up for the job, they broke my deck boards and dropped gravel all over my neighbors yard. My driveway no longer drains because they raised my front yard so much (my septic field is in the backyard) they left 5 inches of dirt caked on my driveway, and walkway. Also we found old tampons sitting in the front yard (from them using the old septic field dirt) Eric said all old dirt would be taken away, and new dirt would be put in but he used all of the existing dirt to do the job. Nothing that he said would be done was done, or done how he said it would be. After informing my neighbors and me they would be fixing their yard, they never showed up. I watched one of Eric’s employees use his machine to push my patio chair on deck, because he was to lazy to exit the machine and move it himself. Completely unprofessional company, I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. I had to contact my family’s attorneys. As I’m sure you’ll notice on the reviews, they even argue with bad reviews. Ive worked with a lot of companies for home repairs and this was by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had.

We were selling our house and during the home inspection we found that our field had started to flood out. We weren't sure if we needed a new field or not. We called out Universal Septic to take a look and sure enough our field had failed. They were very knowledgeable in explaining everything. We got an estimate from them and 2 other companies. They came in about $1,000 cheaper than the other two bids we got. The work we got from Universal took about 4 days. It was a borderline engineered project so it took some skill in getting the job done. When it was all complete my wife and I were extremely happy with their service.
