  | Two Story Addition | Dec 2015 | 2 Story Addition, basically doubled the size of the house. We seamlessly matched the original Dutch Colonial architecture of the existing structure to the new. Project included a New roof, including tearoff, new siding, electrical upgrades, a new custom kitchen with a leathered finish granite counter top, and porcelain tile floor, a 2 zone air conditioning system, and two full bathrooms. Refinished the existing long grain pine floors, installed carpeting on the second floor and new oak on the first. We painted the entire interior throughout.
