There are painting companies and then there’s Patriot Painting Professionals. My last experience with a painting company wasn’t that pleasant, I had to constantly point out flaws and mistakes, that they eventually fixed, but left me feeling like I could’ve done a better job of painting my exterior, if I weren’t afraid of heights. Before the holidays last year a good friend of mine recommended Patriot Painting for my interior, and I’m so glad I took the recommendation. From the very beginning everyone was very professional, timely and friendly. I thought I knew what colors I wanted, until I was offered a free consult with a color specialist. Who doesn’t like free, right? Well, that young lady came to my house and studied the light from the windows, the color of my furniture and suggested slightly different colors. I went along with her recommendation and she was completely right: my family room looks much more open, bright and inviting. Who knew paint could do that... As promised, the job was completed in three days. The crew was very careful with taking off their shoes, cleaning up after themselves. They exceeded my expectations! I had my holiday party right after they painted and usually people rave about the delicious spread. This time it was how my house looked more open, despite all the holiday decorations. I had to come clean and tell them it was the beautiful paint job done by Patriot Painting. To anyone who is looking for the best painting company to hire, this is it. Thank you!

They painted my house and did a good job

I am upset that I have to give this company a negative review as I was hoping we would have been able to resolve all the issues and be happy with the end result....unfortunately this did not happen. I will start off by saying that Miguel did offer to send people out to continue making things right, however I am pregnant with a toddler at home and after so much back and forth we decided to fix all the mistakes ourselves. We used Patriot for popcorn ceiling removal and interior painting. The popcorn ceiling at first seemed to be done great, however after moving into the house we realized how poorly of a job Brian and his team did. Not only are we still cleaning asbestos filled popcorn from our blinds and plaster dust from our screens (did I mention I am pregnant and we have a 2 year old!), the team also left white paint splattered all over the basement walls as you walk down. We did call Miguel twice to have this rectified and unfortunately he didn't have anyone available to come out to fix it when we needed it done by. Brian's team also peeled off the paint from our walls with the tape they used thus resulting in us needing to re paint the entire downstairs (this was not mentioned when we first received our quote and was not part of the budget). Miguel gave us a small discount on the downstairs interior paint job (we are waiting to do the upstairs because of budgets and we needed to move in) as we had to get this done since the paint was chipped all over where you could see and it looked terrible. The team also did not seal dry wall in the ceilings when they re textured and painted them so we have huge seams that are visible in our ceilings of our dining rooms. A new team did try to fix these but they still look terrible (the new team admitted they looked bad still and that the whole area needed to be re done - they were just trying to make the best out of what they were working with). Now the worst part was when Brian and his team came back to paint the downstairs. The job that they did was so terrible my 2 year old could have done a better job. There was old paint coming through the walls still, all the baseboard paint came up onto the actual wall creating a new line, they peeled the paint off our rafters in the living room and didn't bother to fix it, paint was all over our floors and all over our windows, they didn't paint the inside of the coat closet, and much much more. I was on the floor 5 months pregnant scraping paint off of our brand new wood floors when we came to do the check out with Brian and his team. Miguel did send out a new team to come and fix the problems as we requested to not have Brian and his team out at our house anymore and this new team was in shock at how terrible the job was. The new team did do a good job of trying to fix all the mistakes, however I am still finding major issues and sloppy work everywhere I look from Brian and his team. At this point the whole downstairs would have to be redone in order for it to look nice and I don't even know if we would want this company to do it! It is really sad because the relationship did start out well and it seems that Miguel is a good business man and tried to correct the problems, he just doesn't have the best employees supporting him that care about the job they do. I would not recommend this company.

Bryce and his crew did an excellent job on the exterior of our home. Everyone was always polite and worked with attention to detail. I would recommend Patriot Painting for any of your interior or exterior needs.
