A very undesirable outcome that ended, on my terms, after 2.5 years of mitigation. Would not use again or recommend his services to anyone. Lacks professionalism, integrity, and honesty. Chuck took advantage of my ignorance in regards to construction and lied to me, the city, and the court. He made me feel physically uncomfortable on several occasions and I would not recommend him to women that are single. If you have an insurance claim, do not sign his 5 bullet contract. Regardless of what he promises you, he will take everything and you will be in the same boat I was in.

Chuck did a great job on our steps! They look wonderful, and he does quality work! We couldn't be happier! We will definitely use him again when we need home improvement work done!

Chuck did a great job, he was on time, cleaned up and finished tearing out the windows and sliding glass door ahead of schedule. 2 day job done in one day. Chuck has a great personality and is easy to get along with. He was mindful of my pets, and considerate to all of my family. I plan to hire him again soon. He is fairly priced and did everything we agreed on.

I called the Cox Remodeling team to fix some fire damage that was done to my house and help me with an insurance claim. It took me two months to find a contractor that could negotiate with the insurance company and force them to pay a fair market price to get my home restored to its original condition. Once I signed a contract with Cox Remodeling, he handled everything from the insurance claim to the final, finished product. After the fire and with Chuck’s help, my house had better amenities and better quality upgrades than it did before the fire. They showed up on time, I never had to worry about anything, they did quality work and they finished before the estimated finish date. He gave me plenty of choices on all of my upgrades; I can’t say enough good about them. After the remodeling on my house was finished, I had them come out to my company and do some commercial remodeling as well, of course with a great result. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again for any type of remodeling work.
