A cut above the rest dog grooming

We asked for our dog to be washed, nails trimmed, and for grooming to just "clean up" a little bit. She was returned FULLY SHAVED. Not only is this likely to ruin her coat FOREVER as she is doubled coated but the shave isn't even. There are bald spots all over. She looks terrible and can't self regulate her temperature correctly outside. They claimed this was because they found 4 fleas when they bathed her. Shaving is not the treatment for fleas. They didn't even call before shaving her. I would never have approved this. I was so shocked I didn't know what to do we just paid and left. NEVER NEVER NEVER take your dog here.

Very poor communication or non communication verified several times of my appointment at 11:00 first would not answer then one messaged they were working on three dogs that were matted via text from a earlier appointment but were still coming. Then the other person message me that his partner had be down for tomorrow and it was a mistake per scheduling. My husband took the day off to be home for the appointment. Which was verified by text multiple times on Sunday I understand appointments run behind but communication is the key. Don't make excuses if you run a business and deal with the public don't make them feel like the business is a scam. Seems to be a trend of not following thru with appointments. Now 5:51 and they will not return my text from all afternoon.. Sad because I had high hopes for this business.

I LOVE a cut above the rest , my dog loved it and my dog had a amazing summer cut , and I Love that the grooming shop it in a home environment so my dog felt really relaxed and comfortable so I would recommend a cut above the rest over any other dog grooming facility.👍👍👍
