AMH Inspections

I hired AMH Inspections in 2015 while I was in the process of selling my Mom's house. The inspection revealed that there was mold in the attic, and the sale was contingent on the mold remediation. I interviewed three companies and by far, AMH Inspections was the best choice. Lonnie's price was competitive but the service he offered just couldn't have been any better. He worked very professionally, quickly, efficiently, showed up when he said he would & completed the job on time. When the air quality testing company came, they were blown away at how clean the attic was, and how beautifully it looked. They could hardly believe that there had ever been mold there. The insurance company was hugely impressed as well, and were knocked out by the before & after pictures. I would feel very confident hiring AMH Inspections for any work that I'd need done on my home, and especially for mold remediation.
