Word of mouth is all mouth and no action. He did work for me in 2018. He is unprofessional and lazy. His staff does what he instructs, but if you want someone reliable, DON’T. I repeat DON’T use this man and his service.

I was really happy with the work done at my New Home, The guys were very professional, courteous and hard working. Howard helped me with a lot of the design concepts and breakdown until I ended up with my final product. I would recommend Word of Mouth Construction To anyone including friends and family.

I had a very good experience working with Mr. Bennett. He was very professional, patient and understanding even when I was being indecisive. I love love my kitchen and I will recommend him to my family and friends.

He should get no stars! This is a Nightmare since 2017 & the problems has mounted up since Howard from Word of Mouth started repairing the house. Run far away from this man & his company! He uses handymen & unlicensed workers who did faulty work. He also never compketed the job, swindled money out of my elderly mother saying he needed more money. Aldo, Howard kept telling us that he would be finished the house in 8 months. After a year the house still was not in move in condition. He is such a liar! He is a perfect example of a scam & con artist! We now have to take Howard/WOM to court for the wrongs he did. The house still need repairs most of what was not done & some faulty work that needs to be redone or corrected.
