The doors and frames were rotted, along with about 1/3 of the family room floor and subfloor. John, who is so professional and friendly, came to give us an estimate and also made suggestions about how best to take care of the situation and considering how to keep cost as low as possible. At his suggestion, after the new doors were installed, he had custom metal awnings made to cover the doors, which are exposed to direct wind and rain. The paint on the awnings was an exact match to the color of paint on the siding. John was a pleasure to work with. If any other projects come up, I would not hesitate to call him. He was very efficient, worked hard until the job was complete, and always kept us informed of the progress being made
