Shane's Services, LLC.

We posted a project on Porch.com and within an hour had several replies. I scheduled contractors to come and survey the job. Shane arrived first and did not hesitate to thoroughly examine the area in question. He not only carefully examined the damage to be repaired but he even took the care to place a foam pad over the roof shingles to avoid damaging them during inspection. He then detailed the amount of work he thought would be needed and promised to send an estimate of the work. By contrast, another contractor arrived and visually inspected from the ground and seemed less enthusiastic about the work. His major point was that he doesn't pay for materials - he orders them and expected the home owner to pay for them at the local HD store. SBut back to Shane, over the next several days, he worked quickly, methodically and wisely. He communicated his concerns about the extent of the damage, exposure to weather when a rainy day was forecast and kept us posted every step of the way. I felt comfortable and learn to trust Shane quickly because of his honesty and hard work. We eventually had to leave the house to him and just said "lock up when you're done for the day." I consider this a true measure of Shane's integrity. We have already ask Shane back to look at other projects around the house that we can't do ourselves. If there were 6 stars in this rating system, Shane's Services would easily earn them. I highly recommend Shane's Services - but only when our projects are completed first! Almost forgot, Shane also submitted his proposal the next day after the inspection and his price was reasonable and competitive.
