C & C Fence Company

Beware, beware , and beware of Ballard Cox and Keith Sharp who are currently working under the C & C fence company. First of all they were incapable of reading the property line and placed the fence incorrectly. Luckily, I was able to read the survey and after I showed them where the fence should have been placed they fixed it since they have not got paid yet. Once the job is finished forget that you will have a warranty. Even though Ballard said we have 1 year warranty on labor and 2 years on material. A couple of days later when the fence and poles settled in the ground the poles were clearly not straight which was easily seen with naked eyes and definitely with a water leveler. In addition, they placed a double gate but didn’t finish the piece that should have anchored it in the ground and with any wind the gate was wide open. First, when this happened I was horrified since we have two dogs but luckily they didn’t escape. All this happened in the beginning of June this year. Since then we asked them numerous times to please fix the poles and the gate closer but the only thing we got was "we will" but never actually showed up to do so. This job cost us close to 3000$ for about an 85 feet fence, one regular gate, and one double gate. We paid cash since they preferred it so they don’t have to pay taxes. I know there is not much I can do but hope I can help someone else with this review.
