I just saw your post regarding the complaint regarding Greg Maintenance LLC. I was not aware of any of these issues. Several people have complaint about it. They been working on my house for the last 2 weeks. I gave them 50% upfront, after finding out about the complaints I confront them and they stated those where people who hate them and wanted to affect them in some way. I need help, I gave Jorge my home depot credit card and found out days later he was buying not only construction materials but also: tools, equipment, american flags, water packs, among many other things. When I confront them they stated that was needed, but the fishy items they will remove from the final price, I left it slide and now things have escalated to many other issues. I'm ready to kick them out of my house, but I need some information on what steps to follow in order to not loose all my money and the time I asked to be off to supervise these people. Please help me, I'm scared and at the same time very upset about this whole situation I have put my family into. Please HELP ME!!!

All those companies related to the GREG name are operated by the thieves Gregorio Ramirez and his son Jorge Alberto Ramirez. They often change their companies name to deceive customers and avoid lawsuits. Their information provided on the BBB website is fake. Please do not deal with them. GREG MATETATIO AND Greg Maintenance LLC are the same company. Both companies are running by the thieves Gregorio Ramirez and his son Jorge Alberto Ramirez. Their address provided in the BBB website are fake. Before closing any deal with them go in person to their address provided on the BBB website. The address is unrelated to this company. They got a down payment of $7000 from me but never came back to start the work. I have filed a lawsuit against them. Please do not deal with them. They are dangerous people. Also, the employees are illegal immigrants without permission to legally work in the USA. Their employees are underpaid, so the owners can profit all money.

The public needs to be made aware that the names above are running devious schemes. Gregorio Ramirez and his son Jorge Alberto Ramirez are thieves. I hope justice can catch them so they’ll be forced to indemnify me for the damages I incurred from their theft. The business registered address with “sunbiz.org” is fake. I actually paid the sheriff 3 different attempts to serve them the court notice but, was unsuccessful. The nice African American family that lives at the premise, advised me I was the 4th person knocking on her door seeking to speak to those folks. Crooks like this should be sanctioned. They operate without a license. I have all the proof to substantiate my claim, that they are scam artists. They steal people’s hard-earn-money by promising to obtain permits that they are not even licensed to perform or even contracting on repairing stuff, but after they get their deposit, which for me was $2,300, they walk-out, disappear, vanish and have yet to be found. They told me they were going down to town hall to obtain permits to remove the popcorn ceiling and remodeling my whole apartment. I have not heard from them since they took off with my money. People this is a “21st-century contractor MAFIA” hands-down. Think about it. Let’s suppose hypothetically they steal from 10 people a month $2,300 as they did to me, that’s $23,000 US dollars scammed. Someone has to put a STOP to this madness ASAP.
