Less Stress Moving LLC guarantees no additional charges for long carry/walk, stairs, if it is a weekend move, bulk item, disassembly and/or assembly, second stop, full pack rate, hand trucks, dollies and moving blankets. There is no "company policy" for packing supplies. All packing supplies are optional with waiver in place. One 110 yard roll of packing tape, two sm or med boxes and up to six items shrink wrapped are free with the move. After the free 110 yard roll of tape is used customer can request for over sized rubber bands to be used. There is no charge for over sized rubber bands. You will pay for the exact amount of time used only guaranteed so long as the job meets the requirement of the three hour minimum. Example if the total time of the move is 3 hours 19 minutes the customer will pay for three hours 19 minutes. If job fails to meet requirement of three hour minimum a payment of three hours labor rate along with the set fuel and mileage pay charge will be due upon completion of move unless otherwise specified by Less Stress Moving LLC.
