Most Recent projects: using high quality craftsmanship applied to restoration of older homes and renewing recent home construction. Project was located in Marshallton Pa.: An Architect designed new 3,000 sq.ft.3 story addition including new wood beams,vaulted ceilings, custom windows and doors. Project was located in Wayne Pa.: Renovation/ restoration and painting of interior of a two hundred year old 30 room house.Including complete paint removal and refinishing of period wall units,doors and fixtures. Project was located in Pottstown Pa.: A 20 year old home that had some flaws common to newer construction, i.e.settlement cracks,nail pops in drywall and poor use of color and materials by builder.
