Arnold has been servicing and repairing my personal home, rental homes and business office. He is the most dependable and reliable contractor I have ever used. Recently in purchasing an older home that was in the process of being restored, I called Arnold for a second opinion after the agent's home inspector had issued a report. Arnold found multiple electrical, plumbing and roofing issues that we were able to require the seller to repair that would have been missed. Arnold does a remarkable job in analyzing the issues and providing me with options and cost benefit advantages of the types of repairs that can be made. He has also provided repair work under insurance claims and worked directly with the insurance company relieving me of being the person caught in the middle of the adjuster and the repairman and providing me with timely updates.
