They came out, took a deposit, and told me 6 weeks before completion. 6 weeks went by, no contact. I call them, they told me they needed another week. A week goes by, and they disappear. Won't return a phone call or anything. They disappear for over two weeks. They finally show up, walk the property, promise to be back the next day to start. They don't show up. Then they send some guy out to do "landscaping". He was in an unmarked vehicle, no identification, no business shirt. He didn't announce himself on my property, and he came by in the early evening. I had to run out there to find out what he was doing. Turns out, work that wasn't in the contract - pulling out a shrub which he then left in my yard next to my children's playscape. He asked if they could come out the next day and work through the weekend. They never showed up. It's been over two weeks and their business phone has been disconnected and their website was taken down. They are no longer replying to emails, phone calls, or anything else.
