I am James Gentry, I worked for COLIN OBRIAN who is the owner of ALLIANCE roof and fence for a little over a year. When I met him, he had a crackhead living at the office, multiple people smoking crack in the parking lot, empty Jack Daniels bottles everywhere. I saw so much potential and started to turn everything around instantly! I am responsible for quadrupling his business in that short period of time. I brought in and trained the sales reps And brought talent in from out of state. You wouldn’t believe the amount of fraud and corruption that has taken place. The only 2 people that know how to legitimately work the insurance process were myself and Zach downing because we understand insurance policies, state code and how to supplement insurance claims legally. Colin OBRIAN tears shingles off of roofs and siding of his customers homes to get replacement approved through your insurance company because he doesn’t know how the right way and has never been willing to learn. Colin has taken hundreds of thousands of dollars out of the business account that was supposed to be used for running the office but nothing was ever used for it. Colin interviews girls regularly without even having a position to fill just to try and sleep with them. I have a list of their names. He lies, cheats and steals and now is trying to destroy my family and zach Downing’s family and we are the only people that have made him all his money. He ended up being jealous of our ability And is willing to lose it all instead of just being able to except the fact that he needed us When I met Colin in early May 2019 he had only done a couple hundred thousand dollars in sales and since then ZAC and I have done millions. I have tons of recorded conversations proving so much corruption in detail. He does drugs with his attorney Michael Thompson and they brag about all the prostitutes they have been with. The customers that Zach and I have worked with know exactly who is working for them ! COLIN will not succeed at destroying our families. We are in business for ourselves now and it won’t take long at all for all of his efforts to destroy us to fail miserably !
