My service was scheduled through American Home Shield. Global HVAC did not call me to set up an appointment so I called the number listed and the voice mail box was full and wouldn't accept any new messages. I emailed the company and they called me the next day. We set up an appointment and they did not show up. They did not call or email to let me know they weren't coming - they just stood me up. I called to try and set up another appointment, but again, the voice mail box was full so I texted and emailed. Two days passed and I didn't receive a response so I called American Home Shield and they assigned a new contractor. Needless to say, Global HVAC isn't reliable, can't be reached, and wasted a week of my time with no HVAC in 90+ degree weather.
