T&T Maids of Cleaning

I am a past employee of this company. I worked here under two weeks due to terrible environment and bad practices. Most of the cleaning team does not want to put in any long effort as they are told they are paid PER job, not per hour so you get a better wage if you rush as fast as possible. They do not clean comforters after every visit, they do not use the cleaning product Force of Nature, you are provided one bottle every week and that has to last you most of the crew doesn’t even use it at all as I was shower during multiple trainings as it doesn’t work. So the claims it’s cleaned with COVID-19 killing/sanitizer products is false. Only the sheets are changed per bed, the trainers claim they have no training, and all it’s about is trying to get the house to look sort of nice like someone has been there, but not actually cleaning the vacation rentals. I was disgusted everyday at the level of soap scum, build up, and hairs, boogers on walls, splattered urine on walls, and when I mentioned to my trainer they said oh don’t bother just do what’s required and leave. I would not wish for anyone to assume they are sleeping in a clean bed, the pillow cases matching any comforter are not cleaned and I worked with three separate people and no one did this. I would stay away from any vacation home cleaned by this company. Not only this but don’t work for her either, she still hasn’t paid me and it’s been two paydays and won’t send any kind of receipt she’s sent it in the mail or anything. Just all around not a trustworthy business, and not someone you should have in your homes.

The actual cleaning portion of our service was fine. The housekeeper worked hard and did a good job. The owners/managers of T & T? Well, that is quite a different story. I have never dealt business owners who were more rude and unprofessional. They would not take responsibility for damaged household items. They asked us to sign an agreement (that was never discussed) after weeks of employing their service. The agreement we were asked to sign was so skewed to protect the company against breakage/damage that no reasonable person would ever agree to it. When management was confronted (by phone) about issues they were rude, argumentative and accusatory. Life is too short to do business with people who do not believe in and practice customer service and have basic people skills. I suggest you find another maid service....we did.
