Prevot HRS

Cortez is one of the few honest people in HVAC who will not try to upsell. Choose Cortez or risk getting ripped off. Although he has one negative review on google reviews, I had a totally opposite experience with Cortez, it was nothing but positive. In talking with Cortez about the negative review, it seems that Cortez's side of the story was that he did try to resolve the issue with his unhappy customer, but the customer wanted a FULL refund rather than having Cortez simply addressing the issue. Obviously I don't know what happened, but as far as I was concerned, Cortez came out, installed my AC unit on one day. He came out another day to deal with balancing and dampers. Everything was professional, Cortez worked all day the first day until around 9pm at night in a 151 degree attic (according to the temperature gun) with no complaints, he balanced the air flow in the rooms to my satisfaction. Other companies tried to charge me many thousands of dollars more and I felt like they were "dirty" or that they had a "used car salesman" feel to them. Cortez is a younger guy, served in the military, and is no nonsense.

I hired Prevot hrs to install two entire Trane units and they were on time, reasonably priced, and Cortez's crew is the best. They also offer a free service call every year of your equipment warranty. I haven't had any problems with this company. I made the mistake of calling John Moore out first. Prevot Hrs was nearly half the price. Highly recommended!!!
