He has also been a member of the American Institute of Building Design and the Texas Institute of Building Design since 1993. Before starting his own firm Mr. Fonseca worked 10 years for Clothier/Sullivan & Associates. Mr. Fonseca's Residential experience is specialized in Mediterranean,Spanish,Italian Villa,Bungalow,Victorian,Craftsman and California styles.
